AOKI Shigeru, A Woman's Face,
1904, Private Collection This exhibition reveals the entire scope of the life, artistic genius and early death of AOKI Shigeru (b.1882), who died on March 25, 1911 at the age of only 28. A century after his death, his works still delight art lovers, and the history of his life remains fascinating.
